Meet our Founder

Lantara Consulting was born out of founder Monica D. Tarasco’s two decades of experience working for a mid-size law firm, a boutique law firm, the corporate office of a public company (mining industry), and an operating company of a public holding company (building products industry). Over her career, Monica has worked on a wide range of projects in different capacities and, as she gained technical expertise, she honed skills as an effective communicator and relationship manager, uniquely situating her to orchestrate complex projects. Monica has an appreciation for the human factors in large-scale projects, and is particularly  adept at handling those matters that fall outside of the excel spreadsheets and legal documents. Monica’s objective is to efficiently and effectively manage projects to successful completion, reducing the risks and avoiding the costs of unnecessary project delays.
